All great cities are known for their landmarks and Vancouver is certainly no exception.  Say the word “ocean” and Vancouver offers you its’ stunning seawall embracing the lush Stanley Park rainforest.  Think “mountains” and you are transported from sea to sky to the snowy peaks of the world famous Whistler Mountain ski resort.  Mention the word “party band” and you’ll more than likely hear the words Dr. Strangelove spoken back to you by any savvy Vancouverite.

Dr. Strangelove has performed before literally hundreds of thousands of music lovers, dancing enthusiasts, sports fans with family in tow, as well as numerous corporate audiences.  Throughout their many successful years of music making and entertaining, they have consistently provided a live and interactive “party soundtrack” that has never failed to create a happy, upbeat atmosphere whether performing in front of a PNE crowd or at a Vancouver Canucks pre-game show.  All this combined with their history as the top house band for over a decade at Vancouver’s most sucessful live music venue, The Roxy, has truly earned Dr. Strangelove the title “Vancouver’s House Band”.
